4 Fillets Tilapia

4 Tbsp Butter

2 lemon - Lemon Slices

1 container Foil

Salt & pepper to taste

Wrap each fish in tin foil with a little butter, salt and pepper and a fat slice of a lemon on top.  I love using the grill because it keeps my house from smelling fishy and it makes clean up so easy!!  Cook on medium heat. Check the fish at about 7 minutes and adjust your cook time accordingly. You can tell that the fish is cooked all the way through when you put a fork in it and it separates easily. Such a yummy meal.
