I love Tuna salad. There are so many ways you can enjoy tuna salad. You can eat it with toasted bread or rolls (yum), You can eat it over lettuce which adds a fun crunch to every bite, you can eat it mixed in with noodles. You can add or take away ingredients based on your likes. This is my favorite recipe. Hope you enjoy it.

2, 12 oz tuna
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp mustard
2 c. celery
2 c. peas
½ c. red onion diced
salt to taste
pepper to taste
17.6 oz noodles
Open up your cans of tuna and drain the liquid. Add to a mixing bowl and stir in the mayo and mustard, mix well. Add more mayo if you think it needs it. I like my salad light on the mayo. Add chopped onion, celery and peas. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook your noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes, drain and let cool. Stir in your Tuna salad and eat. Super easy meal perfect for those summer evenings when you don’t want to heat up your house.
