We love chicken fajitas in our house. Another simple recipe that fills tummies and that doesn't take a lot of time to make.

2 lbs chicken tenders
1 bag mini peppers
½ c. onions finely diced
tortilla shells
Avocado sliced
1 bunch cilantro
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1 container sour cream
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray your pan and add uncooked chicken tenders to your pan. Sprinkle Lawry's seasoning salt (this is our favorite seasoning) on the chicken. Add chopped onion and peppers slices to the pan. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle. I love cooking fajitas this way. The clean up is so much easier. Fajitas are yummy with avocado, cilantro, shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream and tortilla shells.
