1 pkg English muffins
1 egg per sandwich (cooked over hard)
Sausage (circle shaped) 1 per sandwich
Cheddar Cheese - 1 slice per sandwich
½ c. butter
maple syrup
We have shared similar breakfast sandwiches on our site, the only difference is the maple butter. It really makes this sandwich yummy and is so easy to make. We had to share it with you.
Step 1.
Toast English Muffins in your toaster and set aside.
Step 2.
Warm up your round sausages on a pan over the stove.
Step 3.
Cook up your eggs in a pan on the stove. We like ours over hard so the yoke won't make a big mess. We cook our eggs on one side and flip them for another 2-3 minutes until the yoke is cooked through. Sprinkle salt and pepper to add flavor to the eggs.
Step 4.
In a bowl mix together your soft butter with 3 Tbsp of maple syrup.
Step 5.
Build your breakfast sandwich. Spread maple butter on the toasted english muffin and layer egg, cheese and sausage in the middle of the muffins. We washed ours down with a tall glass of orange juice. So delicious!! Say
