1 c. Golden Malted Belgian Waffle Mix
1 Large egg
5 oz water
2 Tbs Melted Butter
3 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
Agave to taste
2 tsp Vanilla
Beat eggs and liquid together. Add flour and mix well. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly. Ladle onto hot waffle iron and remove when golden brown.
Homemade whipped cream:
Pour the amount of whipping cream you want in a mixing bowl (we use a bosh) along with some agave. Start to mix until the agave is mixed in and taste. If you think it needs more sweetness then add more agave until it taste the way you like it. Then add 1 to 2 tsp of vanilla. Once you have the taste where you like it mix for 3-5 minutes until the whipped cream forms peaks that don't go away.
