Ryan did it again!!! He made the yummiest Sunday dinner for our family. A roast that was so full of flavor and moisture. Potato slices with two different seasonings giving us two different flavors to enjoy and green beans cooked in the air fryer in oil, garlic and salt and pepper.

Snider’s Prime Rib & Roast Seasoning
¼ c. honey
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 per person russet potatoes
olive oil as needed
garlic powder to taste
6 c. green beans
Thaw a roast and let come close to room temp. Mix the spices in to a ¼ cup of honey or the right amount for the size of roast you are cooking. It won't spread very well, but as it gets warmer it will spread out fine. Rub the honey all over the top and sides of the roast. Wrap the roast in about 2 layers of butcher paper and tie up with twine.
Potato slice: Wash potatoes really well. Slice the potatoes. Add olive oil on each slice adding salt, pepper and garlic powder on to and baking on a parchment covered cookie sheet in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Green beans: Wash well and cut off ends. Brush olive oil on top. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top. We cooked these in the air fryer for 10 minutes. Our families favorite.
