1 lb ground beef
12 oz Cream of Chicken soup
½ c. onion finely diced
1 c. celery diced
1 can, 10.5 oz Cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp cream cheese
salt - a dash
pepper- to taste
½ c. milk
1 pkg (16 oz) Fettuccine noodles
Add olive oil to a pan on medium heat and drop your diced onions on top. Cook for a minute until onions are golden. Add to same pan, your ground beef and cook until browned. Add diced celery, cans cream of chicken and cream of mushroom, cream cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice or noodles. Hope your family loves this as much as ours does.
