1 Tbsp Olive Oil

4 chicken breast

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp pepper

3 cloves minced garlic

1 tsp dried thyme

½ tsp dried oregano

½ tsp red pepper flakes

¾ cup chicken broth

½ cup heavy cream

sun dried tomatoes

¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In a skillet that can go in the oven add olive oil on medium heat.

Season your chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.

Cook your chicken on both sides for about 5 minutes per side. It won’t be completely cooked. Add chicken to a plate and set aside.

Add garlic to your hot skillet and let cook for 1 minute. Add Thyme, oregano, red pepper flakes, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Drain and chop up your sun-dried tomatoes and add to your skillet along with grated parmesan cheese.

Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the chicken.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. You will know it is done when the chicken is cooked through. I like to use a meat thermometer.

Serve over cooked noodles and a veggie on the side. Perfect meal for those you love.
