1 small, diced onion

2 cloves minced garlic

½ cup honey

½ cup soy sauce

¼ cup ketchup

2 Tbsp oil

¼ tsp red pepper flakes

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs

Sesame Oil - to taste

sesame seeds - to taste

green onions - to taste

Dump all liquid ingredients and spices into a freezer bag and squish until mixed. Add chicken. Freeze. Dump into crockpot on low for 4-6 hours. Stir in 1 tsp sesame oil and sliced green onions, serve over rice. Opt: Add in a bag of frozen broccoli or stir fry veggies for the last 30 minutes to one hour.
