2 c. flour
2 Tbsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
1 ½ c. milk
6 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
whipped cream
3 c. heavy whipping cream
2 tsp vanilla
honey or agave (to taste)
In a bowl add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl mix together eggs, milk, melted butter and vanilla.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry and mix well.
Preheat your waffle maker. Cook and serve.
Whipped Cream...
1 pint of whipping cream.
Pour into a mixing bowl along with agave (to taste).
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix 3 to 5 minutes or until stiff.
