This is my go-to spaghetti sauce recipe. It’s super simple and it’s a hit with my kids. This time of the year zucchini is starting to show up in gardens and it's hard to keep up with them all. This is a great way to use those zucchinis. Ryan bought me a zucchini spaghetti noodle maker. I'll share a picture of what it looks like. Honestly I love when we make these noodles. It tastes so yummy with my sauce on top. Have fun cooking.

1, 15oz jar of tomato sauce
1 to 2 cans, 10oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 can, 6oz tomato paste
1 lb ground beef
3 to 5 zucchini
In a frying pan cook ground beef until you can’t see anymore pink. Open up your spaghetti sauce and pour over ground beef. Open can of diced tomatoes and tomatoes paste and pour those in your pan and stir well. Let cook on the stove until starts to bubble.
To make your zucchini noodles… wash and dry your zucchini’s and cut off the ends. Push through the noodle cutter like you would a pencil in a pencil sharpener. Once your noodles are ready preheat your frying pan and add some olive oil before adding the zucchini. Stir for about 4-5 minutes or until cooked. Once zucchini equals enough for 2 servings.
Added bonus to making and eating zucchini noodles. 1 cup of zucchini noodles equals 18 calories and 4 carbs. 1 cup of regular pasta is about 197 calories and 40 grams of carbs. Sound like a healthier choice for our families to me.
