10 lb - Whole Ham
Deep baking dish
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. Bake 10 minutes per pound. Ham's come precooked so really you're just reheating. If you add the glaze to the ham it will take a bit longer. We usually don't add that even though it is so delicious.
Adding the glaze...
Once you have removed your ham from the oven. Let it cool a bit while you preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Brush your glaze mixture all over the ham with half of the glaze. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove and brush with remaining glaze. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, covering with foil creating a tent at the top (this keeps the heat in) and letting the ham rest for 10 more minutes. Carve and serve.
