2 celery sticks
2 carrots
1 roma tomato
kale/spinage
1 medium cucumber
½ red bell pepper
1 handful wheat grass
1 apple
1 banana
We like to put the ingredients listed above in gallon size baggies and store in the freezer (I heard about this on Pinterest. Seriously the best idea ever!!) We have about 7 to 10 baggies in our freezer at a time. They won't go bad and it makes for a quick breakfast in the morning.
Dump ingredients into a mixer. We like the Vitamix best. Add water and ice to the mixer and start to blend. You may have to add more water to the mixer if it struggles to blend together. Mix well and pour into drinking glasses. Hope your family enjoys this refreshing & healthy drink. So yummy!
