1 egg per person cooked over hard
1 english muffin toasted
6 slices cheddar cheese
1 slice of ham each
Circle sausage per sandwich
Cook eggs on the stove until over hard, salt and pepper to your liking.
Toast english muffins in a toaster until golden.
Cut cheddar cheese into big slices.
Warm ham or sausage in pan on the stove or in the microwave
Layer toasted english muffin, sliced cheddar cheese, hard boiled egg, ham or sausage and other end of your english muffin. Enjoy!!
