6-7 each Russet Potatoes
13 oz Cajun Style Andouille Smoked Sausage
1 small onion diced
1 Tbsp Butter
½ cup Sour Cream
1 can, 10.5 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a hot pan heat up your butter until melted and sauté the diced onions and cut up sausages until golden brown.
In a bowl combine mushroom soup, sour cream and salt and pepper.
Add potatoes, sautéed onions and sausages, mixed together cream of mushroom and sour cream, and cheese to your crock pot and cook on medium heat for 4 to 5 hours. Once your potatoes are cooked through the meal is ready to eat!! Our family loved this dish. It was even better as a left over. So yummy!!!
