2 lb. chicken tenders

3 c. broccoli florets

lawry’s season salt - to taste

1 to 2 per person Peaches

1 pint Heavy whipping cream

sugar to taste

2 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Season chicken tenders with Lawry's seasoning salt and place on a pan. I like to have 2 to 3 chicken tenders per family member. Bake for 10 minutes and check chicken to see if it's cooked all the way through.

In a pot of boiling water add broccoli florets and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. When the water starts to turn a light green it usually means your broccoli is cooked. I like my broccoli more on the crispy side. Don't over cook.

Wash, dry and cut your peach down the middle all around the peach. Pull apart and remove the pit. My family likes to remove the skin and then slice into bite size pieces. You can fill a big bowl or individual bowls with these yummy peaches in preparation for dessert.

Whipping Cream

1 pint of whipping cream.

Pour into a mixing bowl along with honey or agave (to taste).

1 tsp. vanilla

Mix 3 to 5 minutes or until stiff.

This is one of our favorite meals. Super simple but so yummy.
