1 bag spinach
strawberries
2 small avocados
½ c. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp Tamari Sauce
¼ c. honey
¼ c. olive oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Place spinach in bowl, and top with sliced strawberries, sliced avocados and the rest of the ingredients.
Dressings to use include strawberry vinaigrette or balsamic vinaigrette. If you don't have these salad dressings in your cupboards, you can make your own vinaigrette.
Mix together balsamic vinegar, tamari sauce, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
For a bit of protein add rotisserie chicken purchased at the store or chicken you cook up at your house. Protein will help keep your tummy full longer.
